Limavady 1s played NICS away on 5th October. It was a well fought game with lots of quick, short passing and strong defending. Limavady had a short corner goal disallowed- a fantastic deflection in the back of the net from Megan. Although Limavady were 2-0 down by half time that didn’t deter them and in the 3rd quarter they stepped up their game another level and scored a goal back. This was from Emma’s quick reactions in the D. Unfortunately Limavady were able to to find the back of the net again. Final score:3-1 to NICS.
